AKPO LITERALLY MEANS "FIRM AND STRONG OR POWERFUL"

This is AKPO in my native parlance . The Akpo literally means "firm and strong or powerful". The action has spiritual backing and can be performed in public using the knife or any sharp object with no trace of blood on the body. The Sharp objects or the Knife leaves traces or lines to inform the members of the "KOKU GAGBA" (the name of the warrior god) fraternity of how the Akpo spirit moves them in the realm.

This "Akpo or the Koku Gagba" Spirit portrays masculinity in the realm. Regardless of which gender the spirit dawns on, their actions are mainly masculine.

"Koku is a warrior vodoo and practitioners who have not tainted themselves with bad things can do wonders. They can eat fire jump into boiling oil and not be scalded; credit to Dr. Edem Mauwugbe".

The woman in the picture is no exception and her display of power and spirituality is a pure display of a true communicant of the KOKU GAGBA Spirit.

This is not for ordinary members of Society but those who eat the communion and agreed to the  terms of the spirit. Some members who go contrary to the terms are likely to cut themselves in public when displaying such skills or some may not experience the dawning of the spirit on them until such curses are reversed.

Yours Truly, Sefashi.
