MEET 4 INCREDIBLY-ELECTRIFYING AND MUSICALLY INCLINED EWE LADIES WITH UNIQUE AFROCENTRIC PERSONALITIES
#ENAM_KETEKU
Enam Gh Page is one of the most incredible Afrocentric musicians we have in Ghana and She terms her healing music as “Afro spiritual”.
Her style is unique and She claims her musical journey has been inspired by the #Hadzivodushi, which means “Musical Goddess” of the Yeweh shrine among the Ewe people.

Enam is an outstanding Artist by all standards and has featured celebrated Artists like Lord Paper, Akwaboah Music, Flowking Stone and others. She has recently released an EP titled “Wuieve” which means “Twelve” in the Ewe language. She is also spiritually and uniquely created with 12 toes instead of 10 and that inspired her debut EP title.

Check out her YouTube channel for all her songs and her latest debut EP titled “Wuieve”;

#JOJO_ABOT
Jojo Fyfya Woto Abot is a Ghanaian born internationally acclaimed Artist, based between Copperhhagen and Brooklyn-New York.
She refers to her style of music as “afro-hypno-sonic,” which is a blend of Afrobeat, futuristic soul and electronic beats. And she seems to take a lot of inspiration from the Ewe cultural background.

Jojo Abot has featured top International Acts such as Stormzy as well as our own Edem Goget'em and has also performed at International venues like the Apollo Theatre, New York Times Square among others. She has also toured with renowned Musicians like @Common Seun Anikulapo Kuti, Ms. Lauryn Hill and Stephen Marley.
Her debut album Titled “Fyfya Woto”, which translates as “Now it germinates”, was named after her Grandmother.
She seems very proud of her Ewe origins as She has a unique trend of titling her songs in her native Ewe language such as #Toli, #Nye_vevesese, #Dedzome and others.

#AZIZAA_MYSTIC
Azizaa Azizaamusic remains one of my favorite “out of the box” Musicians and most forthcoming Ghanaian Artists who is open about her African spirituality and even incorporates West African Deities into her lyrics.
She describes herself as the “Black Magic Woman from the African Jungle” and most of her songs have mystical fusions and speak of her pride and love for her Traditional Ewe cultural and spiritual roots.

Her name @AZIZAA in Ewe-African mythology refers to a type of beneficent supernatural race of people living in the forest, believed to give practical and spiritual knowledge to people.
She therefore openly critiques Christianity which She believes has a damaging and colonial clutch on the minds of many Africans.
She refers to herself as the “Keeper of the Ancient Wisdom Musicain” and has performed on international stages such as Canary Island in Spain among others.
